Peaceful Protest in Colombo Demands Justice for Child Ayna Hamdi Baslim

Relatives of three-year-old F.M. Ayna Hamdi Baslim, along with children’s organizations and members of the public, staged a peaceful protest in front of the Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court on September 23.

The protest demanded justice for the boy, who died after losing both kidneys due to alleged medical negligence during a surgical procedure at the Colombo Children’s Hospital.
