30 dead, many more injured in bus accident in Guatemala

A bus accident on the outskirts of Guatemala on Feb 10 morning left over 30 people dead and several others injured, according to a spokesperson from the city's fire department.

The bus was travelling a busy route in and out of the city when it fell from Puente Belice, a highway bridge that crosses over a road and creek.

Images shared by the fire department on social media showed the bus partially submerged in water surrounded by victims' bodies.
