Tom Cruise's most anticipated, 'Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning, Part 2', has now been delayed due to Hollywood Actors Strike. The film will now premiere in 2025.
The production house, Paramount, came to the decision following Disney's delay of Marvel Studios' 'Deadpool 3'.
The first installment of 'Dead Reckoning' was a massive blockbuster, grossing around $ 567.5 million worldwide.
'Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning, Part 2', featuring Tom Cruise, was originally slated to release on June 28, 2024, but with the ongoing SAG- AFTRA strike, the film's production seems unlikely. The makers have now pushed the date to May 23, 2025, which also marks Memorial Day.
The delay came as a result of the production shutdown caused by the ongoing Hollywood strikes. As reported by Deadline, the movie will get a three-week run in Imax and will be filmed with Imax Digital cameras for the same format.
