A media report suggests US military reportedly getting ready to send tactical ballistic missiles armed with cluster munitions to Ukraine once approved by President Joe Biden.

Governor of Russia’s Bryansk region claims Ukraine fired cluster munitions at a Russian village near the border, damaging several houses.

“Storm-Z” squads were deployed by Russia to the front lines in Ukraine earlier this year, according to a report by Reuters news agency.

Meanwhile, Ukraine plans to build its first fully underground school in the eastern city of Kharkiv to shield students from Russian bomb and missile attacks.
