DMK's B team: Edappadi Palaniswami slams O Panneerselvam, TTV Dhinakaran

AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami (EPS) on October 30 took a swipe at O Panneerselvam (OPS), questioning his loyalty to the party and accusing him of acting in favour of the DMK.

Speaking at a campaign event, EPS said, “We lost our chance to win due to treacherous activity. We were not able to come to power in 2021 because of such betrayers.”

Referring to OPS’s recent remarks, EPS asked, “What did OPS say two days ago? Is he a true AIADMK partyman? How can he be a convenor? Didn’t he say DMK will come to power? A true AIADMK man can never say such a thing.” He alleged that OPS and his supporters were functioning as the “B-team” of the DMK.
