Russia trying all measures to stop meeting with Putin: Ukraine's Zelenskyy

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on August 22 that Russia was doing everything it could to stop a meeting between him and Vladimir Putin from taking place, and urged Ukraine's allies to put fresh sanctions on Moscow if it shows no interest in peace.

Speaking at a joint press conference with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in Kyiv, Zelenskyy said they had discussed security guarantees for Ukraine by other states.
