TELO Delegation Meets Outgoing Swiss Ambassador

A delegation of the Tamil Eelam Liberation Organization (TELO) met outgoing Swiss Ambassador to Sri Lanka Siri Walt at the Swiss Embassy to express appreciation for her efforts to promote unity among Tamil political parties.

The delegation, led by TELO leader and MP Selvam Adaikalanathan, thanked the Ambassador for her sustained engagement with Tamil political representatives through meetings in Sri Lanka and Switzerland.

Although the attempts to unite Tamil parties were unsuccessful, the delegation urged the Swiss Embassy to continue facilitating dialogue in the future and reaffirmed its support for such initiatives. The Ambassador was also thanked for Switzerland's continued engagement on issues concerning the Tamil community.
