Namal Rajapaksa calls for probe into ‘Aragalaya’ protests and funding

SLPP National Organizer and MP Namal Rajapaksa has called for a Presidential Commission to investigate the “Aragalaya” protest movement and alleged foreign funding.

Speaking at party headquarters in Battaramulla, he claimed some individuals used the protests to pursue political goals and misled young people into dangerous situations. He stressed the need for a formal inquiry into foreign funding and the events surrounding the protests.
