Daily Ferry Service Between Kankesanthurai and Nagapattinam

It has been decided to operate the passenger ferry service between Kankesanthurai and Nagapattinam daily. 

Ahead of the Diwali festival, the service will run from October 8 to October 28, according to K. M. Jayaseelan, Sri Lanka’s representative for the Sivagangai Ferry Company.

Previously, the service operated six days a week, excluding Tuesdays. During the festival period, the decision has been made to provide service every day.

Additionally, a new duty-free section has been included in the ferry service.
