A US federal judge dismissed former President Donald Trump's $10 billion defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal and Rupert Murdoch over a report linking Trump to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. 

The judge ruled Trump failed to prove the WSJ acted with actual malice, a legal requirement for public figures. The lawsuit stemmed from a 2003 birthday album allegedly featuring a sexually suggestive letter bearing Trump's name. 

The dismissal is a legal setback amid ongoing clashes between Trump and media outlets.
