Man found drowned in Otter Lake

A man was found drowned in a lake near Otter Lake in the afternoon on July 14, according to Quebec provincial police.

The 25-year-old man from nearby Campbell's Bay was at the lake on July 13 night with a group of people who were swimming in the water, said a spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec.

His body was recovered around 1 p.m. on July 14, and he was transported to hospital. Police said the investigation is ongoing.
