Lebanon has expelled Iran's envoy by March 29 amid escalating clashes involving Israel, Iran, and Hezbollah, which heightened Lebanon's instability.

Beirut also recalled its ambassador from Tehran, citing Iran's diplomatic breaches. This move aligns with actions by Gulf states against Iranian diplomats after regional attacks.

Lebanon accuses Hezbollah and Iran's IRGC of undermining state stability, orchestrating military operations, and provoking Israeli strikes that caused mass casualties and displacement.

Israel supports Lebanon's decision as a defense of sovereignty.
