Former BCCI president Sourav Ganguly receives death threat

Former India captain and ex-BCCI President Sourav Ganguly and his wife, Dona Ganguly, have received multiple threatening letters over six months, escalating to explicit death threats recently. 

The threatening letters, sent via courier and signed by an Arun Kumar from Belgharia, prompted the family to file a police complaint in Kolkata. 

Authorities are investigating the identity of the sender and assessing security measures for the high-profile family, with the state security department reviewing possible additional protection due to the seriousness of the threats.
