Naval Singh sacked by Paralympic committee

Following mental harassment allegations by Paralympic gold medallist Sumit Antil and Olympic champion Neeraj Chopra, coach Naval Singh was immediately sacked by the Paralympic Committee of India. 

Singh, a Dronacharya awardee since 2015, is accused of verbal abuse and targeting athletes and their families, negatively impacting performance. 

Sumit Antil formally complained to the Sports Authority of India, with support from other para javelin throwers. The PCI plans to investigate further, while Singh has not responded to the accusations.
