Kumarasingham Gunanathan appointed Eastern Province Chief Secretary

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has appointed Kumarasingham Gunanathan as the Chief Secretary of the Eastern Province.

The letter of appointment was presented by Presidential Secretary Dr Nandika Sanath Kumanayake at the Presidential Secretariat on July 8.

A Special Grade officer of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service, Gunanathan has previously served as Secretary to the Eastern Province Ministry of Education and as Divisional Secretary of Kuchchaveli, Verugal and Manmunai North.
