Bengaluru court grants bail to Priyank Kharge, Nalapad in RSS defamation case

A Bengaluru court granted bail to Karnataka Home Minister Priyank Kharge and Congress leader Mohammed Nalapad in a defamation case filed by RSS worker A Tejas. 

The case stems from alleged derogatory posts and statements against the RSS, including Kharge's tweets criticizing RSS activities in public institutions. 

Both accused denied the allegations and sought trial. Bail was granted under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and the court scheduled the complainant's evidence for September 19.
