Akhilesh Yadav alleges 151 Ambedkar statues vandalised in Uttar Pradesh

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav accused the BJP government in Uttar Pradesh of deliberate vandalism of 151 statues of Babasaheb Ambedkar across 72 districts. He claimed only 14 arrests were made, with many cases ignored or filed against unknown individuals. 

Yadav linked the attacks to BJP's alleged attempt to change the Constitution and criticized the lack of police action. The Samajwadi Party documented the incidents, highlighting increasing vandalism during Yogi Adityanath's terms and low accountability for perpetrators.
