Minister Wijith Visits Germany and Romania

Foreign Minister Wijith Herath is set to undertake official visits to Germany and Romania next week, participating in several high-level meetings.

He will travel to Germany on February 27, where he will meet with German Foreign Minister Dr. Johan Vadepullai for bilateral discussions. Following this, the minister will visit Bremen, meeting with key business leaders to discuss the development of foreign employment opportunities and the tourism sector.

Subsequently, on March 2, the minister will visit Romania, where he will hold consultations with Romanian Foreign Minister Oana Silvia Doyew regarding strengthening bilateral relations. 

The meetings will prioritize initiatives such as establishing foreign employment facilities and promoting tourism between the two countries.
