MP Chitharan called for investigation into the systematic abduction of Tamil children following the war, many of whom were handed over to the family of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s wife. 

He highlighted the ongoing lack of justice for Tamil women and children who were killed or abducted, stressing that the current government should ensure accountability and justice for these crimes.
