DMK youth wing slams Congress for 'parasitic politics'

The DMK youth wing condemned the Indian National Congress for abruptly ending their 22-year alliance after benefiting from DMK's organizational support in multiple elections, including the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly polls. 

Congress won five seats largely due to DMK cadre efforts but then backed CM Vijay's Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, aiding its government formation despite DMK's defeat. 

The DMK accused Congress of betrayal, political opportunism, and parasitism, signaling a severe rift that dismantled the INDIA bloc in Tamil Nadu politics.
