Advances in pediatric oncology have transformed childhood cancer from a largely fatal diagnosis to a highly treatable and often curable condition, with survival rates now reaching 80-85%. Treatments are personalized, combining chemotherapy, immunotherapy, surgery, and cutting-edge options like CAR-T therapy.

Besides survival, focus has shifted to quality of life and long-term care. In India, improved awareness and medical access boost outcomes, though challenges like late diagnosis persist. Early detection and continuous treatment remain crucial for children’s recovery and healthy futures.
