Actor Dhanush unveils the first look of Thamizh Murugan

Actor Dhanush on July 10 revealed the first look of Thamizh Murugan, his fifth film with director Vetri Maaran, featuring him on an elephant with a sacred spear symbolizing Lord Murugan, a revered deity in Tamil Nadu. 

The film, written by Arivumathi with music by Sai Abhyankkar, emphasizes Tamil cultural identity and serves as a response to controversy over another Lord Murugan film by Telugu artists that challenged the deity's Tamil origins.
