RCMP say death of 42-year-old man in Antigonish County is suspicious

Nova Scotia RCMP say the death of a 42-year-old man in Antigonish County last week is suspicious.

In a news release, the police said they received a report on May 21 at 7 p.m. AT about a dead man located outside on Arthurs Point Lane in West Arm Tracadie, N.S., a small community about 25 kilometres east of Antigonish.

"Investigators are working with the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service to determine the manner of death," the RCMP said in a release on May 25.

The investigation is being led by the RCMP's Southwest Nova major crime unit and "further information will be shared when available."
