Motorcyclist dies after crashing into trees near Perth

One man is dead after his motorcycle left the road and crashed into some trees just west of Perth.
The collision happened around 6:15 p.m., on April 3 on Upper Scotch Line in Tay Valley Township, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) wrote in a release.
The 43-year-old man from Carleton Place was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Part of Upper Scotch Line was closed on the early morning of April 4 but it's since reopened.
