Chennai Grand Masters: Alireza Firouzja clinches title

French Grandmaster Alireza Firouzja won the Chennai Grand Masters tournament undefeated with 4.5 points from seven rounds, securing the title after a final round draw against India's Arjun Erigaisi. 

Firouzja's early wins established a lead he maintained despite challenges from Erigaisi and Uzbekistan's Nodirbek Abdusattorov, who lost crucially in the last round. Dmitry Andreikin and Erigaisi shared second place with 4 points. World champion D Gukesh finished last with 2 points, struggling throughout the event.
