The International Cricket Council has issued a strong warning to Pakistan over the possibility of a T20 World Cup boycott, with sources indicating that such a move could trigger unprecedented sanctions. 

According to those familiar with the developments, a withdrawal would not only damage Pakistan’s standing in world cricket but could also inflict long-term financial and structural harm on the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
