Vijay to move resolution seeking Tamil as principal language of Madras High Court

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay will propose a resolution in the state Assembly urging the Centre to recognize Tamil as the principal language of the Madras High Court. It seeks a framework for judgments and orders to be issued in Tamil, referencing legal provisions and past resolutions, while calling for renewed approval following earlier rejection by the Supreme Court.
