Chandrababu Naidu sets 2029 target for houses to all eligible families in Andhra

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu directed officials to implement the Housing for All programme comprehensively, aiming to provide permanent houses to all eligible families by 2029. 

Targets include completing 5.52 lakh houses by March 2027, with phased completions in urban and rural areas under schemes like PMAY. Officials reported significant progress with over 13 lakh houses completed. 

Naidu emphasized transparent beneficiary identification, coordination with central ministries, and integrating housing projects with industrial township development to boost economic growth.
