On November 26, the Coastal Security and Coastal Resource Management Department and Trincomalee Port Police submitted a case regarding the unauthorized construction, which the court reviewed before issuing the summons.

A detailed report on this matter must be submitted to the court the following session.

Officials from the Coastal Security and Resource Management Department and the Police, including the District Senior Superintendent and Port Police officers, were present. Notably, the accused Thera and legal representatives were absent.
