New Deputy Governors Appointed to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka

Dr. C. Amarasekara and K.G.P. Sirikumara have been appointed as Deputy Governors of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.

This appointment has been made in accordance with the provisions of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka Act No. 16 of 2023.

Accordingly, Dr. C. Amarasekara, Assistant Governor, and K.G.P. Sirikumara, Assistant Governor, have been appointed as Deputy Governors of the Central Bank by Finance Minister and President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, effective from October 24 and November 3, respectively.
