Auditor General’s Annual Report for 2024 Presented to Speaker

Deputy Auditor General G.H.D. Dharmapala presented the Annual Report for 2024 of the Auditor General’s Department to Speaker Jagath Wickramaratne at the Parliament complex.

The report was submitted in accordance with Article 154 of the Constitution. 

It covers audits conducted in 2024 on ministries, departments, corporations, boards, authorities, statutory and non-statutory funds, foreign aid projects, provincial councils, local authorities, and state enterprises.

Deputy Auditor General S.D.T. Rathnayake, Audit Superintendent R.D. Senarathna, and the Speaker’s Coordinating Secretary Sameera Gallage were also present at the occasion.
