A study published in The Journal of Nutrition found that regular egg consumption may reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease.

Eggs provide brain-supporting nutrients like choline, vitamin B12, and healthy fats. Even moderate intake, such as once a week, showed benefits, with the lowest risk observed in those eating eggs five or more times weekly.

However, eggs are just part of a balanced lifestyle including diet, exercise, and managing health conditions. Caution is advised for those with specific health issues like high cholesterol.
