Karnataka milk body hikes Nandini ghee price by Rs 90 per kg
06-Nov-2025.
Nandini ghee just got costlier for consumers in Karnataka, with the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) increasing prices by Rs 90 per kg. The new rate of Rs 700 per kg came into effect immediately, up from the earlier price of Rs 610.
KMF is Karnataka’s state-run dairy cooperative, and Nandini is its flagship brand known for milk, ghee and other dairy products widely consumed across the state.
The hike arrived even as consumers were celebrating recent GST rate cuts on essentials, adding an unexpected dent to household budgets. However, there is no change in prices of other Nandini dairy products.
