CID Questions Karuna Amman for Four Hours

Vinayagamoorthy Muralitharan, commonly known as Karuna Amman, appeared before the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on October 5 in connection with an investigation into an alleged abduction.

He appeared before the CID pursuant to a summons issued by the department.

CID officers questioned him for more than four hours and recorded his statement.

Following the completion of the questioning and recording of his statement, he left the CID premises around noon.
