IPS officer's 91-year-old mother found dead at home in UP

The 91-year-old mother of IPS officer Ashutosh Mishra was found dead at her home in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, with blood from her mouth and missing jewellery raising suspicion of murder. 

No external injuries were visible, prompting a post-mortem to determine the cause of death—natural or foul play. Police are investigating the missing jewellery and possible robbery motive, including family members and acquaintances. 

Ashutosh Mishra has filed a complaint, and inquiries continue amid uncertainty about the circumstances surrounding her death.
