Sri Lankan Rupee Appreciates Against US Dollar

The Sri Lankan rupee has strengthened against the US dollar after recording a decline over recent days, according to exchange rate data released by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.

The Central Bank stated that the buying rate of the US dollar stood at Rs. 326.34, while the selling rate was Rs. 336.58 on June 15.

In comparison, the buying and selling rates were Rs. 331.42 and Rs. 341.36 respectively on June 12.
