Ghaziabad teen murder accused killed in encounter

Asad, the main suspect in the murder of 17-year-old Surya Chauhan, was killed in a police encounter in Ghaziabad. 

After Surya's murder on Bakrid, police tracked Asad to Khora, where he allegedly planned to collect money before fleeing. 

During an attempted arrest, Asad opened fire, injuring a police constable. Police returned fire, wounding Asad, who later died in hospital. The accomplice fled, and authorities are searching for him. A motorcycle and pistol were recovered at the scene.
