Woman severely injured in Abbotsford trailer fire

A woman is suffering from severe burn injuries after a trailer fire in Abbotsford. Two patrol officers were travelling on the Fraser Highway around 7:15 p.m. on March 2 when they saw a large plume of smoke near Ross Road.
A 68-year-old woman was found at the scene with severe burns and was transported by air ambulance to a Vancouver-area hospital, Walker said.
Police have not determined the cause of the fire. They are working with the Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service to investigate whether the incident is suspicious.
