Ahmedabad hotel prices skyrocket 400 percent ahead of T20 World Cup final

Hotel room prices in Ahmedabad have surged 300-400% ahead of the India vs New Zealand T20 World Cup final at Narendra Modi Stadium. 

Rooms previously costing Rs 5,000-20,000 now range from Rs 15,000 to Rs 2.37 lakh, with major hotels showing drastic hikes. 

Despite 80% expected occupancy, many fans opt to stay in nearby cities like Gandhinagar or travel in and out the same day. 

Both domestic and foreign fans are arriving, driving the sharp demand and price increases.
