Usain Bolt, once the world's fastest man, now struggles to climb stairs

Usain Bolt, the man synonymous with speed, has admitted that even climbing a flight of stairs has now become a struggle for him. The world-record holder said climbing stairs leaves him out of breath. 

The retired Jamaican sprinter, who for nearly a decade redefined the limits of human athleticism, said his daily routine today is far removed from the energy and discipline that made him a global icon. 

Much of his time, he revealed, is spent lounging at home, watching shows, or building Lego sets with his children, he said in an interview with UK daily The Guardian.
