Nida Khan, a TCS Process Associate, has been suspended amid a sexual harassment and forced conversion scandal at a TCS-linked BPO in Nashik. 

Accused and absconding, she is in judicial police custody, with police and the Maharashtra State Women's Commission investigating multiple FIRs alleging abuse, religious harassment, and coercion targeting young women employees.

Nida Khan's family claims the case is politically motivated. Her anticipatory bail plea is pending, while authorities intensify efforts to locate her amid widespread public concern.
