Who Is the "Big Boss" Behind Easter Attacks? :Nizam Kariapper MP

Nizam Kariapper, MP and General Secretary of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress, has questioned who the real mastermind ("Big Boss") behind the Easter Sunday attacks is, and who is preventing justice from being served.

During the July 23, 2025 Parliamentary debate on the Companies (Amendment) Bill, he cited details from the first "B Report" submitted to the Colombo Magistrate’s Court on November 24, 2024, referencing Channel 4 revelations by Azath Salley, and WhatsApp messages received by Bishop Cyril Gamini.

He named Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan (Pillayan) and Suresh Saleh as suspects, yet no steps have been taken to interrogate or arrest them. He also pointed out the murder of two police officers in Vavunativu whose weapons were later used in the Easter attacks.

Despite intelligence being provided, no action was taken. Intelligence officers named in reports were not arrested, while an innocent Tamil translator was arrested.
