Only 21 out of 57 Tamil Nadu MPs attend CM Vijay's delimitation meeting

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay chaired a meeting with MPs on the Centre's proposed delimitation exercise, which was boycotted by the DMK and AIADMK who deemed it unnecessary and politically motivated. 

The meeting aimed to discuss the impact on Tamil Nadu amid reports of a special Parliament session. DMK stressed the need for fair delimitation without reducing the state's representation and criticized the meeting as premature. 

Vijay opposes the delimitation, viewing it as biased against southern states like Tamil Nadu.
