Shooting in downtown London leaves man hospitalized with serious injuries

London police are investigating a shooting in the downtown core Saturday night that left one man in hospital.

Investigators did not provide any information on a suspect or suspects in the incident, which occurred shortly after 9 p.m. in the area of Dundas and Wellington Streets.

In a statement Sunday morning, police said officers located an adult man with apparent gunshot wounds who was taken to hospital for serious but non-life threatening injuries.
