Don't come to India if you don't want to: Harbhajan Singh

Former off-spinner Harbhajan Singh sent out a strong message to Pakistan cricket, saying that it won’t matter much if they don’t come to India.

Currently, the BCCI and the PCB are at loggerheads over hosting the upcoming Champions Trophy. While India said that they would not be going to Pakistan, PCB chief Mohsin Naqvi has been reluctant to adopt a hybrid model.

Reportedly, the PCB has put forward conditions that Pakistan would want hybrid models for all ICC events until 2031.

Harbhajan said that until the political situation improves in Pakistan, India would not be in a position to travel to their neighbouring country.

“Don’t come to India if you don’t want to, we don’t have any issues. If Pakistan don’t come to India, it won’t matter much. You may ask current cricketers and they will have the same opinion. Had the situation in Pakistan been different, things could have been different,” Harbhajan told Sports Today in an interview.
