New Secretaries Appointed to Four Ministries

Sri Lanka’s Parliamentary Committee on High Posts has approved the appointments of secretaries to four ministries.

Chaired by Prime Minister Harini Amarasekera, the committee ratified the following appointments: Professor K.R.M. Udayanga Hemapala as Secretary of the Ministry of Energy, K.M.G.S.N. Kaluwewa as Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Vocational Training, S.M. Piyadissa as Secretary of the Ministry of Labour, and K.D.R. Olga as Secretary of the Ministry of Women and Children’s Affairs.
