China to expand satellite support for Pakistan Army

Military officials from China and Pakistan held a strategic meeting on May 16 to bolster the Pakistan Army’s access to China’s Beidou satellite system. 

The development came days after India crippled Pakistan's air defence systems in Lahore and conducted coordinated precision strikes on at least eight Pakistani military bases.

The meeting between the two militaries was aimed at enhancing the support for the Pakistani Army in terms of satellite coverage and informing them about Indian activities.
