2 arrested in Punjab for leaking classified Army info to Pak handler for money

Punjab Police on May 11 arrested two individuals for their alleged involvement in espionage activities linked to a Pakistani official posted at the High Commission in New Delhi. 

The suspects are accused of leaking classified information about the Indian Army to their Pakistani handlers, officials said.

According to the Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav, one person accused of transmitting sensitive information about Indian Army movements to a handler based in Pakistan was arrested first, and his subsequent interrogation led to the identification of the second individual, who is allegedly a key intermediary within the network.
