Trump greets Carney with friendly handshake

Prime Minister Mark Carney has arrived at the White House. 

Carney suggested last week the meeting would be a start to trade talks, but probably would not result in an immediate resolution to tariffs.

Trump repeated his 51st state threat in an interview with NBC on May 4.
