Karnataka High Court stays ED's summons to Siddaramaiah's wife in Muda scam

The Karnataka High Court has granted relief to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's wife BM Parvathi, and Urban Development minister Byrathi Suresh by halting the Enforcement Directorate's summons in the Muda scam case.

Earlier in the day, ED had summoned Parvathi to appear at its Bengaluru office on Jan 28 at 11 am, marking the second such notice issued to her. The first, dated January 3, directed her to appear on Jan 9.
